From the Scoutmaster's perspective:

Late in August, we had our Omniplex Merit Badge Fair outing.  Although we had a little lower turnout than we expected, it was still quite a success!  Mrs. Rogers did a very nice job putting together the event that started as a Troop outing and ended up as a District event.  Many boys earned at least one merit badge and most will have two when they finish up a couple of hanging items that were not possible to do that evening.
