When it comes to weather conditions in Oklahoma, we can never be too prepared. Our Scouts are taught to bring raingear with them on all outtings, and it keep close at hand. Rain and snow won't normally shut down our activities or campouts unless hazardous conditions arise. Adult Leaders, not the Scouts, make the final call on when it's time to come in.
